RAPID PRODUCTION, EXTENSIVE INVENTORY

WOOD PRODUCTION
- Responsible sourcing: Located on a sprawling 10-acre plot in Ingiriya, Sri Lanka, our factory leverages responsibly managed, FSC™ certified timber.
- High-Volume output: We manufacture approximately 10.6 million linear feet of wood per annum, crafting premium wood blocks in plain, lacquered, and painted finishes.
- Premium handles: We produce durable handles using rubberwood, beech, and birch.
- Advanced technology:The facility is equipped with high-efficiency European machinery from premier brands including Winner, Rino, Weinig, Rye, KBF, Sibo, and DB. These systems are updated regularly to maximize yield and minimize material waste.
PLASTIC PRODUCTION
- Massive plant capacity: Our injection molding line maintains a monthly capacity of 360,000 pieces (or 78,800 kg), alongside a recycled plastic pellet manufacturing capacity of 45,000 kg per month.
- Comprehensive in-house componentry: The facility produces all the solid and foam-based plastic items used in our final products, including:
- Multi-use hang tags.
- Durable plastic backs, connectors, and sockets for brooms and brushes.
- Essential utility items like dustpans, buckets, and mop bucket filters.
- Eco-efficient machinery: Utilizing high-performance Haitian and Presma machinery, we produce consistent high quality parts. The majority of our injection systems feature servo-motor drivers to minimize electricity usage, driving home our commitment to sustainability.
BRUSH AND MOP
- Strategic material sourcing: We optimize logistics by importing cotton yarn from nearby India to save on shipping costs, and synthetic yarn for mops is sourced from Canada.
- Circular economy filaments: All synthetic monofilaments (PET, PP, PS, and Nylon) used for our brooms and brushes are produced at our Eco Spindles recycling plant. This award-winning facility transforms municipal post-consumer plastic waste and PET bottles into eco-friendly, high-performance brush fibres.
- Precision assembly: Component integration is completed in-house using top-tier brush-making machinery from Boucherie, Borghi, and Schlesinger, along with cutting-edge systems from Chinese brand HONYEU and Giori mop-making machines.
- Sustainable packaging & distribution: Finished items are wrapped in recycled materials and shipped directly from our factory doors.
